dos&don’ts

Do arrive makeup free to your lash appointment. Mascara eyeliner and even shadow residue can create a barrier on the natural lash which will prevent the extension and natural lash from bonding strongly, this will result in poor retention. We recommend cleaning your lashes with a clarifying lash shampoo within 30 minutes of the start of your appointment. Because we schedule appointments back to back, cleansing your lashes during your appointment will result in less lashing time.

Don’t drink coffee or caffeine on lash appointment days. Caffeine creates energy and can cause the eyes to tremble and be jittery.

Do use the bathroom prior to your lash appointment, bathroom breaks during your appointment mean less time to lash.

Don’t chew gum during your appointment and try to be aware of excessive and expressive facial and body movement. Our tweezers are very sharp and are in a very tender area. As well as this service being very meticulous it could take away from the ability to lash you proficiently.

*if you wear contacts you may want to remove them for your appointment.

The parking lot can get a little busy between the hours of 4pm-7pm. If you have booked an appointment between those hours, please allow extra time to find a parking space. Arriving a little early will allow you your full service time.

Please limit your caffeine intake the day of your appointment. This is a very relaxing appointment and your eyes will need to be calm.

Please feel free to bring headphones to listen to podcasts, an audiobook, or your favorite playlist. Come ready to relax and take a nap.
